Start with a frosted cupcake. Chocolate frosting would probably work best. We went with spice cake for our cupcakes, so we used a tinted cream cheese frosting. Looking at them now it looks rather like peanut butter. Darker next time perhaps? Add three cookies for the turkey's body and wings. The 100 Calorie Pecan Sandies are perfect, though they were darn expensive!
